UK Shopper Article
by Charlie Stross
UK Computer Shopper where the first people to print the program in
it's entirety in fully readable form. (The
New York Times
don't count because theirs was a fuzzy, and hence partly unreadable
photograph of one of Duncan Frissell's
labels
The consensus is that they did this to avoid possible legal/ITAR
problems).
The article is now on-line
here (on Charlie's page's with the permission of Computer Shopper).
A good, accurately reported discussion of several of the more
interesting cases recently and the implications of these for the
Internet community.
Charlie Stross has some of other published computer and network
related articles on line at:

Also from the same page he has on-line some of his science fiction
stories.
